Data Deletion Request

What this page is for

You can request deletion of your GoReview account and all associated data at any time. This includes your account profile, business connections, OAuth tokens used to access Google Business Profile, and any data we have retrieved from Google Business Profile on your behalf.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@goreview.ma from the email address associated with your GoReview account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the business name(s) and Google Business Profile location(s) you want disconnected and deleted, so we can identify the correct records.
3. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

What gets deleted

• Your GoReview account profile and login credentials.
• All business connections and configuration you created.
• OAuth tokens we hold for accessing your Google Business Profile.
• Cached reviews, replies, and business information retrieved from Google.
• Customer contact lists, scheduled review request campaigns, and message history.
• Audit logs and analytics tied to your account, except where we are legally required to retain them.

Disconnecting Google access yourself

You can revoke GoReview's access to your Google account at any time, independently of contacting us, by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing GoReview from the list of connected apps. After revoking access, we will no longer be able to read or post to your Google Business Profile, but a separate deletion request is still required to remove data already stored in GoReview.
