By accessing or using GoReview, a service of VelocityNet LLC ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and businesses that access or use GoReview.

2. Description of Service

GoReview is a reputation management platform that helps local businesses collect reviews, manage their online reputation, respond to customer feedback, and manage their Google Business Profile. Features include automated review requests, AI-assisted reply drafting, a branded review page, and campaign scheduling.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GoReview to:

• Solicit, post, or incentivize fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party terms of service (including Google's review policies).
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the platform.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of GoReview require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in a specific offer. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GoReview — including software, design, logos, and text — are the exclusive property of GoReview and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Third-Party Services

GoReview integrates with third-party platforms including Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, and others. Your use of those integrations is also governed by the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

GoReview is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoReview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if we determine your use poses a risk to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

11. Governing Law
